Geri Portnoy, M.A., E-RYT 500 is a transformational Awakening Coach, Yoga and Meditation teacher who is passionate about supporting and catalyzing the awakening of humanity. She is the founder of Yoga Del Mar, and the author of the book Embodied Everyday Awakening — A guide for spiritual transformation in the midst of daily life which will be published in 2023. Geri holds a master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame in International Peace Studies and has a bachelor’s degree in Biology. She has been helping people find greater health and well-being for over 25 years.
The connection to other spiritual, loving women was a big surprise and delight. During the retreat I gained back my core strength in yoga which allowed me to do more strenuous yoga poses. I loved it!
